Romania – Repair and maintenance services of security equipment – Acord-cadru: Servicii de mentenanță preventiva si corectiva pentru sistemele de alarmare la efractie, control acces si supraveghere video-TVCI, aflate in folosinta D.G.R.F.P. Craiova si unitatilor subordonate, pentru o perioada de 24 de luni, pe loturi

ACORD-CADRU for preventive and corrective maintenance services for burglary alarm, access control and CCTV surveillance systems, in use at D.G.R.F.P. Craiova and its subordinate units, for a period of 24 months, in lots, as follows:

LOT 1 - Preventive and corrective maintenance services for burglary alarm, access control and CCTV surveillance systems, for the Treasury and Public Accounting Activity OLT and in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference No. OTG_STZ 168/14.04.2026;

LOT 2 - Preventive and corrective maintenance services for burglary alarm, access control and CCTV surveillance systems, for the Treasury and Public Accounting Activity Mehedinti and in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference No. MHG_STZ 2956/11.03.2026;

LOT 3 - Preventive and corrective maintenance services for burglary alarm and CCTV surveillance systems, for the Treasury and Public Accounting Activity Gorj and in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference No. GJG-STZ-8835/12.05.2026;

LOT 4 - Preventive and corrective maintenance services for burglary alarm, access control and CCTV surveillance systems, for the Treasury and Public Accounting Activity Dolj and in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference No. CRR-STZ 4030/27.03.2026;

LOT 5 - Preventive and corrective maintenance services for burglary alarm, access control and CCTV surveillance systems, for the County Administration of Public Finances Valcea and in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference No. VLG-DEX 7880-2026/15.04.2026.

The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 19 days. The date on which D.G.R.F.P. Craiova will respond (through the consolidated response) clearly and fully to all Clarification Requests and to all requests for additional information received from interested Economic Operators is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
