The Pohjanmaa well-being region (hereinafter and elsewhere "the Contracting Authority") is organising a procurement for 24/7 service housing for the elderly. To procure the services, a dynamic purchasing system ("DPS") will be established, within which an annually updated dynamic supplier register will be procured. A dynamic supplier register is a procurement procedure defined by the Contracting Authority itself, in accordance with the principles of the procurement act. The procurement procedure is described in more detail in the annex to this notice. This notice is a call for participation in the dynamic purchasing system. An interested service provider may submit an application, whereupon the service provider's suitability to offer the service will be checked. If the service provider meets the suitability requirements, it will be admitted to the purchasing system. Later, when the actual supplier register is procured, an admitted service provider may submit a tender. Only service providers admitted to the purchasing system may submit a tender.
