Fingrid Oyj is procuring a dynamic procurement system for the procurement of batteries. The supplier may submit a participation application for the procurement. During the procurement system, the supplier may participate only in those sub-sectors of the procurement for which its participation application has been approved. During the dynamic procurement system, all suppliers interested in the procurement may apply to participate in the system by meeting the minimum requirements set by the procuring entity. Procurement of equipment between suppliers approved for the procurement system is competed using internal, simplified tendering procedures. The procurement includes batteries according to Fingrid's technical specifications (S22622E1 DC batteries and S22626E1 VRLA batteries 110VDC) to replace old batteries. The batteries to be replaced are the property of the contracting authority and the contracting authority will ensure their recycling in accordance with the applicable legislation. The procurement of batteries includes, as an option, racks for open batteries with a leak-proof floor, as well as a cabinet according to specification S22626E1 for closed batteries.
