Germany – Rescue services – Auswahlverfahren Übertragung der Durchführung des Rettungsdienstes im Kreis Unna

The Kreis Unna – Fachbereich Bevölkerungsschutz, Sachgebiet Verwaltung und Rettungsdienst (hereinafter and in all procedural documents referred to as the "Contracting Authority") intends to (by concluding public-law contracts) award one or more contracts for the provision of ground-based emergency medical services through the personnel staffing and operation of emergency medical services in the Unna emergency medical services area, particularly at the locations of Bönen, Holzwickede and Fröndenberg. To this end, the Contracting Authority will, in accordance with § 13 of the Law on Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Medical and Patient Transport Services by Enterprises (Rettungsgesetz NRW - RettG NRW) in conjunction with § 107 para. 1 no. 4 of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB), conduct a transparent and non-discriminatory administrative selection procedure.
