Finland – Locksmith services – Senaatti-konsernin lukitusjärjestelmät ja -laitteet palveluineen

The subject of the procurement is the entire lock systems of the Senaatti Group and the products, software and services directly related to them. The aim of this procurement is to obtain strong suppliers to produce and maintain the lock systems, door environments and devices and systems related to physical access control of the Senaatti Group on a national level. A more detailed description of the procurement subject is in appendix 2, 'Description of the procurement subject'. The procurement is national and is divided into geographical sub-areas as follows: 1. Southern Finland region, Helsinki area 2. Western Finland region, Turku area 3. Western Finland region, Tampere and Hämeenlinna area 4. Western Finland region, Jyväskylä area 5. Western Finland region, Vaasa area 6. Eastern Finland region, Kouvola area 7. Eastern Finland region, Kuopio area 8. Northern Finland region, Oulu area 9. Northern Finland region, Rovaniemi area. The sub-areas are named after one or at most two cities located in the area. Each sub-area, however, covers a larger entity than the named city. More detailed sub-area-specific descriptions are presented in the appendices. The bidder may bid for one or more sub-areas. JOINT PROCUREMENT Senaatti Properties will carry out the procurement in cooperation with other actors belonging to the same group. In the joint procurement, Senaatti Properties is responsible for the practical implementation of the procurement process, the procurement decision and the conclusion of contracts. The procurement unit will arrange one information event for the tendering process on Thursday 3.9.2026 from 10-11. The event is voluntary. More information from the Tarjoajainfo appendix. The tender notice and tender notice material will be discussed at the event. The purpose of the event is to inform bidders about the content of the tender notice and to encourage bidders to submit a bid.
