France – Electricity – Acheminement et fourniture d'électricité et de gaz naturel

The present framework agreement and the subsequent related contracts have as their object the transport and supply of electricity and natural gas for the own needs of each member, including the following services: - the complete supply of electricity and natural gas to the delivery points of the members of the group, - the coverage of the obligations associated with capacity guarantees, - the role of balance responsible associated with the electricity consumption of the delivery points of the members, in accordance with Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code; - access to and use of public transport and distribution networks (within the framework of a single contract); - ancillary services to the missions of the Distribution Network Managers (GRD) listed in the catalogue of services of these GRD; - all services defined in the CCP and the Specific Clauses Document (CCS) of the relevant subsequent contract.
