Bulgaria – Electrical domestic appliances for use with foodstuffs – „ДОСТАВКА НА КУХНЕНСКО ОБОРУДВАНЕ И ТЕХНИКА“ ПО ОБОСОБЕНИ ПОЗИЦИИ – РАМКОВИ СПОРАЗУМЕНИЯ

An open procedure for the award of a public contract is launched pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 1, point 1 and paragraph 2, Article 73, paragraph 1 and Chapter Ten, Section I of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The purpose of the procedure is to conclude framework agreements for each separate position with a single contractor, with all conditions determined therein, without subsequent internal competitive selection. Each participant has the right to submit an offer for one, for more than one, or for all the separate positions in the current tender. After the conclusion of the framework agreements, the Contracting Authority will send written requests to the selected contractor for the conclusion of separate contracts for the acquisition of kitchen equipment and appliances.
