Switzerland – Hotel, restaurant and retail trade services – Marché de restauration

The present contract concerns catering services for residents (morning, midday and evening meals totalling approximately 19,710), staff (approximately 4,344 midday meals), families and visitors (approximately 2,447 midday meals) and people at home (approximately 300 midday meals) of two private and subsidised establishments, located in the canton of Geneva: a medico-social establishment (EMS) with a capacity of 54 beds and a Day Centre with 15 places, this 365 days a year. It is specified that the contractor will also have to organise special culinary events and activities (parties, tea parties, meals for the Foundation Board, etc.). The entire service must be prepared and organised on the site of the main establishment in its existing professional kitchen.
