The design and preparation of the "Design Program Related to the Functional Expansion and Reconstruction of the Pécs Market Square" within the framework of the "TOP_Plusz-6.2.1-23 - Sustainable Competitive City Development" program must apply the following laws/standards/guidelines:

The Winning Bidder, in accordance with Act LXIX of 2023 on the Order of State Construction Investments, will perform the following designer tasks, including the preparation of permit drawings and construction drawings, as well as designer supervision during the physical implementation of the investment. This includes the responsibility and obligation of the Winning Bidder as the general designer to involve all specialist subcontractors related to the development, to deliver the designs to the Client as specified by the deadline and quality, to cooperate in the construction procurement process (preparation of procurement documentation attachments, answering questions arising during supplementary information, checking and evaluating offers, participating in the evaluation), and to provide designer supervision throughout the physical implementation period.

• Participation in the handover and acceptance procedure of the construction site

• Participation in two on-site cooperations per month, as indicated by the Client (construction period 9 months plus technical handover and acceptance procedure, time available by law)

• Preparation of detailed drawings related to construction design deviations/deficiencies during construction

• Evaluation of technical change notifications

• Participation in the technical handover and acceptance procedure

• Issuance of a designer statement upon completion
