The objective of the procurement is to select a Contractor who, using a 2-Phase approach, as explained below, will provide a detailed technical specification (TO) of the washing installation, with which the washing installation can be delivered fully operational. Subsequently, if the Parties agree on the implementation phase, the Contractor will execute the implementation of the new washing installation for the new metro workshop, as further described in paragraph 1.3, in accordance with the requirements, wishes and specifications of RET.
