Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Zakup energii elektrycznej na okres od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r. dla Warszawskiej Grupy Zakupowej

The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 to the Warsaw Buying Group, consisting of the organisational units of the City of Warsaw and other entities which have concluded an Agreement with the City, and the purchase of electricity generated in the production units indicated by the Contracting Authority and fed into the OSD power grid. The contract will be executed on the basis of a framework agreement and executive contracts, signed separately by each of the Contracting Authorities, listed in Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement, which is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. The Contracting Authorities will award executive contracts to the Contractor under the Agreement on the basis of Article 311(1) of the Pzp Act.
