Framework agreement for the supply of aviation fuel Light Aviation (Avgas 100LL and Avgas UL91, Avgas UL94 or another sustainable aviation grade alternative, JET A1 is excluded). The framework agreement for deliveries will commence on 1 January 2027 and will run until 31 May 2039. Before the contracting authority places orders for the supply of aviation fuel, the contractor must install the infrastructure for the storage and distribution of the fuel. To this end, the contractor will prepare the required environmental permit application and all necessary documents. The contracting authority will review the prepared documents and, if necessary, have them adjusted by the contractor, and will then submit the permit application. The works must be completed before 1 January 2027, so that the installation can be put into use on 1 January 2027. The contracting authority will not reimburse the contractor separately for installing the necessary infrastructure; the bid price will consist solely of the price for the aviation fuel, in which a margin will be provided to recoup the investment in the installation over the term of the contract.
