Germany – Fire station construction work – Tiefbau- und Außenanlagen

The entire construction project involves the new construction of a fire station in Sieverstedt, district of Stenderapau, on plot 141 on Schleswiger Straße (K 44). The new construction is being carried out as part of the development of the new building area according to the land-use plan No. 8 "An der alten Mühle" and consists of a vehicle hall with 5 parking spaces, the associated technical and storage rooms, workshops as well as training and social rooms. The new external facilities to be created for this purpose consist of an access road surrounding the building, starting at the access road of the new building area to the visitor and alarm parking spaces, as well as a training and washing area to the northwest of the building. Furthermore, a forecourt with an alarm exit to Schleswiger Straße is arranged in front of the hall doors. All traffic areas will be constructed using paving. Certification as a specialist company according to WHG in conjunction with § 62 AwSV is required for the construction of the washing area and the associated separator. This tender includes civil engineering and pipeline works and works on external and open spaces for the new construction of a fire station in Sieverstedt. The following main services are to be provided as part of this tender:

- Execution of earthworks for soil exchange and land profiling (approx. 1,800 m3) and for topsoil removal (approx. 1,450 m3)

- Creation of excavation pits for drainage systems with open water management

- Laying of rainwater and sewer lines incl. manholes (approx. 430 m)

- Installation of drainage lines incl. manholes (approx. 240 m)

- Laying of base lines under the building base (approx. 100 m)

- Creation of a rainwater retention space from plastic storage boxes

- Creation of paving surfaces in unbound construction from concrete paving stones (approx. 2,800 m2 in total)

- Construction of a washing area as a WHG area (approx. 65 m2) with separator

The contractor will contribute with a levy of 1.0% of the final invoice amount to the costs for construction power and water consumption and construction insurance. The levy must be taken into account in the calculation. Bidders must meet the requirements of the quality assurance for canal construction RAL-GZ 961 for the assessment group AK3 and provide proof upon submission of the bid.
