The contracting authority, Municipality of Onesti, intends to award a framework agreement for the supply of electricity required by consumers in the administration of the Municipality of Onesti for a period of 12 months, in accordance with Law 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented. The Municipality of Onesti ensures, through the procurement of electricity, both the smooth operation of the public institution in all areas of its activity, and the optimal conditions of movement and safety in the public domain by ensuring adequate night-time lighting. The supply of electricity will be carried out in accordance with the quality parameters set by the regulatory authority in the field and the enhanced technical safety conditions imposed by the legal regulations in force.

At the moment, the contracting authority estimates that the following quantities of electricity will be consumed at the consumption points mentioned in the Statement of Requirements: FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Minimum quantity of the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT: 100,00 MWh / Maximum quantity of the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT: 2,850,00 MWh LARGEST SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT Minimum quantity of the largest subsequent contract: 100,00 MWh Maximum quantity of the largest subsequent contract 1,550,00 MWh Minimum value of framework agreement 113,203.40 lei excl. VAT Maximum value of framework agreement 3,226,296.90 lei excl. VAT Minimum value of the largest subsequent contract: 113,203.40 lei excl. VAT Maximum value of the largest subsequent contract: 1,754,652.70 lei excl. VAT

It is also estimated that the framework agreement will contain 2 (two) subsequent contracts structured over 6 months each. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is up to and including the 15th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 161(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority's response to these requests must be transmitted 11 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
