France – Electricity – AO portant sur la réalisation et l’exploitation d’Installations de production d’électricité à partir d’énergie solaire photovoltaïque, hydroélectrique ou éolienne situées en métropole continentale

The tender concerns the design and operation of electricity production facilities located in continental France, which use photovoltaic solar, hydroelectric, or wind energy. In accordance with 2° of article L. 311-12 of the Energy Code, the selected candidates designated by the minister in charge of energy will benefit from a power purchase agreement for the electricity produced, established in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code and the modalities specified in the Technical Specifications.
