France – Engineering studies – Schémas Directeurs d'Assainissement des communes de Brétignolles - Courlay et Loublande/la Chapelle Largeau

Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The phasing of the operation is detailed in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by lump sums. The aim of the study is to carry out the following:

- the diagnosis of the operation of the sewerage networks and wastewater treatment plants of the communes of Brétignolles, Courlay and Loublande/La Chapelle Largeau (Mauléon) in order to identify any anomalies, quantify the pollution discharged and its impact on the environment;

- the Sewerage Master Plan aims to reduce malfunctions, pollution discharges and the resulting operating overcosts, to comply with the applicable regulations, in particular through the urban wastewater directive (ERU) and the decree of 21 July 2015 relating to collective sewage systems, and to contribute to the objectives of the Loire-Bretagne River Basin Management Plan.

The study also aims to initiate or complete the self-monitoring and permanent diagnostic system of the sewerage system as well as its asset management.
