The procurement of Design and Construction Services for the Rehabilitation of the Clean Water Basin and related works on the Doftana River, Prahova County, in accordance with the specifications in the Beneficiary's Requirements. The investment objectives consist of: Object 1 – Rehabilitation of the clean water basin • Non-permanent accumulation – 1 unit, Vmax=261,500 m3; Object 2 – Rehabilitation of the supply conduit (relining) • Rehabilitation of the supply conduit by relining – L=1,450 m a. Design and technical assistance - Design – technical assistance from the designer during the construction period - Design: Technical Project and execution details, including other necessary site studies for the preparation of technical documentation, preparation of Technical Documentation for obtaining the building permit (D.T.A.C.), as well as technical assistance from the designer during the construction period - Construction works: Site preparation, Environmental protection arrangements and return of the site to its original state, Costs for relocation/protection of utilities, Costs for ensuring utilities, Costs for base investment, Site organisation, Costs for technological tests and trials and handover to the beneficiary. b. Construction works - Ob.1-Rehabilitation of the Clean Water Basin: Site preparation, Environmental protection arrangements and return of the site to its original state, Costs for relocation/protection of utilities, Costs for ensuring utilities, Costs for base investment, Site organisation, Costs for technological tests and trials and handover to the beneficiary. - Ob.2-Rehabilitation of the supply conduit: Site preparation, Environmental protection arrangements and return of the site to its original state, Costs for relocation/protection of utilities, Costs for ensuring utilities, Costs for base investment, Site organisation, Costs for technological tests and trials and handover to the beneficiary. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
