Public procurement procedure initiated at the request of Interporto Rivers Venezia S.p.A. for the grant of a demanial concession pursuant to Article 18 of Law 84/1994 and subsequent amendments and related authorisation pursuant to Article 16, concerning the maritime demanial assets located along the Canale Industriale Ovest bank in Marghera – Venice, consisting of the demanial port quay designated CIA, serving the berths CIA W1 - CIA W2; the assets are cadastrally identified in the SID (Demani Information System) in the Municipality of Venice, Section A, Sheet 3, Parcels 986 - 984 - 983 – 981-963 - 961 – 960 – 959 - 958 – 957 - 956); the concession is requested for a duration of 4 years for the purpose of carrying out port operations of loading and unloading of third-party ships.
