Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender criteria - price. The procurement will be checked for compliance with the requirements of Article 58(4)(1) points 1, 2, 3, 6 (BPS 12.5, and 13.4 p.). The procurement will be checked for compliance with the requirements of Article 50(9) and Article 47(9) (BPS 14.2 p.). A price that exceeds 200 000,00 EUR, excluding VAT, will be considered an excessively high and unacceptable tender price. The validity of the final tender is ensured by a penalty of 1% of the Contract price, EUR, excluding VAT. The Contract with the successful tenderer will be concluded for the maximum possible Contract value – 200 000,00 EUR, excluding VAT. The grounds for exclusion and qualification requirements are specified in the SPS Annex "Requirements for Tenderers".
