Public procurement with subject: "Subscription service maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines at UMBAL "St. Ivan Rilski" EAD" with three separate lots, which will be awarded separately, as follows: Lot 1 "Service maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines" with a value of 25 564 euro - awarded directly pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, as its value does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of the procurement; Lot 2 "Subscription service maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other systems and machines" - to be awarded with another open procedure; Lot 3 "Subscription preventive filter change" - reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities, as the services are included in the list of goods and services under Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act - will be awarded with the current open procedure.
