France – Electrical fitting work – Travaux d'entretien et de maintenance sur l'ensemble des installations électriques du patrimoine du Département de la Sarthe - Electricité courants forts/courants faibles et chauffage électrique - Lots 1 à 2

The services will be the subject of two multi-beneficiary framework agreements without a minimum, with a maximum, executed by the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the definitions of Articles R2162-2, R2162-3, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The Sarthe Department, in a bid to promote employment and combat exclusion, has decided to apply the provisions of Article L. 2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code by including in the tender documents of this public contract an obligatory clause for the promotion of employment. Candidates must provide: * The list of human and material resources (notably for optical fibre, reflectometry equipment) that the candidate has for the execution of contracts of the same nature; * Professional qualification certificates, notably electrical authorisations; * It would also be appreciated if candidates provided one or more certifications for fire systems, APSAD I7 and F7 installer certificates, if they have them.
