The subject of the contract is the Modernisation and equipping of infrastructure at the IPCZD – Modernisation and adaptation of premises for the Otolaryngology, Audiology and Phoniatrics Department at the IPCZD in the "design and build" mode, implemented under the Medical Fund. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders. Reasons for non-division into parts: It is not possible to divide the contract into parts due to the specificity of the operation of the Institute, whose work is multi-layered and technologically linked. The modernisation will be carried out in the normally functioning, non-renovated part, therefore it is necessary to minimise the time of contract implementation, thereby minimising inconvenience. Dividing the investment into smaller parts would prolong the time of the entire investment procedure, which, in the case of a contract with the Medical Fund, would entail measurable consequences. Additionally, dividing the investment into smaller contracts would result in the duplication of the same works and cause improper execution of the contract. Such a solution also does not limit competition.
