Poland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania pod nazwą: Termomodernizacja wraz z remontem budynku Szkoły Podstawowej nr 19 im. Zasłużonych Ludzi Morza przy ulicy Emilii Hoene 6 w Gdańsku w ramach przedsięwzięcia pn.: „Poprawa efektywności energetycznej w budynkach szkolnych należących do Gminy Miasta Gdańska”

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation, including the acquisition of the final building permit decision and the performance of author supervision for the task entitled: “Primary School No. 19 named after the Meritorious People of the Sea at Emilii Hoene 6 Street in Gdańsk - Improvement of energy efficiency in school buildings belonging to the Municipal Roads Authority of Gdańsk.” The contract includes the preparation of complete design documentation for the comprehensive modernisation of the school building and gymnasium with the aim of reducing their maintenance and operating costs and minimising their environmental impact. 2. The scope of the design work includes the execution by the Contractor of all the studies, analyses, agreements and actions necessary to produce complete, multidisciplinary design documentation, including: 1) Preliminary design prepared by the Contractor: - Project purpose map at a scale of 1:500; - Inventory of school buildings; - Energy audit of the gymnasium building; - Structural and technical installation solutions related to site conditions; - Technical construction and building expertise of school buildings; - Industry-specific expertise; - Geotechnical documentation; - Mycological expertise of the facility; - Chiropterological expertise; - Ornithological expertise; - Chimney expertise; - Natural inventory, including chiropterological and ornithological; - Investment dendrological documentation; - Materials for obtaining exemptions from applicable technical conditions (including obtaining decisions on the aforementioned exemptions) – optional; - Technical and implementation conditions, agreements, consents and permits related to the connection or change of existing connections of the facility to external networks and the communication system; - Other studies whose execution will prove necessary during the design work. 2) Design tasks related to the comprehensive thermo-modernisation of the school building and the improvement of the energy efficiency of the building and school grounds. 3) Design tasks related to the modernisation and repair of school buildings with possible reconstructions. 3. The detailed scope of the contract and the terms of implementation have been specified in the Subject of the Contract Description, which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The remaining implementation conditions of the contract have been specified in the Draft Contract Provisions for the Public Procurement Contract, which is Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
