Contracting Framework Agreement for the Supply of VALSERVE Brand VEL-PAK and RAMA Type Fittings and Components 2026-2031 Continuation of point III.4.7.2: 2. A condition for the conclusion of the contract is that all economic operators participating in its performance, who are required to have, for the period of the implementation of the Framework Agreement, a valid ISO 14001 environmental management system certificate, or another document of equivalent value, or other evidence of equivalent quality management measures. The Invitation to Tender requests a declaration from the Tenderer as part of the tender, which declaration, if any, is not complied with, the winning Tenderer's withdrawal, in which case the Invitation to Tender, pursuant to Section 131 (4) of the Public Procurement Act, may conclude the contract with the Tenderer designated as the next most favourable tenderer in the written summary of the evaluation of tenders, if it has been indicated to him. 3. Minimum requirement for contractual conditions: The Invitation to Tender considers the provisions of point 22.3. "Data Processing" of the Framework Agreement Draft as the minimum requirement for contractual conditions, in accordance with the provisions of Section 87 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, which are not negotiated with the Tenderers.
