Netherlands – Engineering works and construction works – A08.506.2025 Openbare Ruimte Lammenschansstrip Fase 2

The contract involves civil engineering works (public space construction) around the building blocks Kappa, Omega, Zirro and Schouls (together totalling 1000 apartments). These building blocks are handed over in phases by the developers, after which the corresponding public space is developed. The works include, among others: •Construction of separate sewer system; •Construction of WADI’s, including drainage facilities; •Realisation of new watercourses incl. connection via culverts; •Construction of above-ground infrastructure, including pavements, roads, loading and unloading zones, parking spaces (including in weave pattern) and bicycle parking spaces. •Construction and preparation of green spaces, including soil improvement, preparation for tree planting, shrubs, riverside planting and the development of green areas. •Realisation of residential facilities. •Coordination of third-party deliveries and special objects.
