The Successful Bidder will perform the designer tasks in accordance with Act LXIX of 2023 on the order of state construction investments and Act C of 2023 on Hungarian architecture:

- Designer management framework: The Successful Bidder's tasks and rights:

- Participation in the handover and acceptance procedure of the work area

- Monthly participation in two on-site cooperations, based on the client's indication (the construction period is 10 months plus the technical handover and acceptance procedure, the time available under the law)

- Preparation of detail drawings related to design deviations/deficiencies during construction

- Review of technical change notifications

- Participation in the technical handover and acceptance procedure

- Issuance of a designer statement in case of use permit
