The subject of the procurement comprises Repair and maintenance works for streets, alleys, sidewalks and parking areas in the City of Otopeni. According to the general estimate drawn up at the level of DALI (Documentation for the approval of intervention works), the total estimated value for the execution of works for a Framework Agreement for 24 months, with the subject of Repair and maintenance works for streets, alleys, sidewalks and parking areas, is between 10,223,188.00 and 25,864,212.26 lei. The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement is 25,864,212.26 lei excluding VAT, consisting of: Section 4.1 – Estimated value of Construction and installations: 25,557,522.00 lei excluding VAT, Section 5.1 – Estimated value of Site organisation: 306,690.26 lei excluding VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement are provided in DALI; The minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contracts are provided in DALI; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 3,841,953.50 lei excluding VAT. The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract: 1,013,535.00 lei excluding VAT. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: The quantities provided in the terms of reference are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated based on the average consumption from previous years. Subsequent contracts will be awarded semi-annually, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. Estimated value excluding VAT: between 10,223,188.00 and 25,864,212.26. Currency: RON. Attention: The period in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are addressed within the period provided in Section I of the Data Sheet/Instructions to tenderers, namely 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
