Germany – Energy and related services – Benchmarking ausgewählter energiewirtschaftlicher Prozesse für Mitglieder der AG Energie aus der Wohnungswirtschaft

Participating companies are asking how they are positioned with their current staff capacities for certain processes in relation to market-standard capacities or to comparable companies with similar activities. To answer this, a benchmarking comparison of their own with the companies participating in this project of AG Energie is to be conducted. The study aims to provide a solid foundation for the individual companies to make their internal processes comparable in terms of efficiency and to develop them in a targeted manner. The focus is on comparing the internal personnel expenditure for individual processes, measured in MAK (employee capacities), both in relation to the average of the comparison group and in comparison to the best and worst values within the consortium.
