The services resulting from the present consultation concern a design mission composed of the following mission elements: DIAG - AVP - PRO - AMT - DET - EXE - AOR and OPC detailed in the consultation regulations. The project involves a comprehensive rehabilitation of 48 occupied dwellings. The 48 dwellings consist of 16 Type 2 units, 20 Type 3 units and 12 Type 5 units, distributed across 12 blocks of 4 dwellings each, with a set of 18 garages.
