Poland – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – Usługa - naprawa, diagnostyka, konserwacje oraz usługi utrzymujące w sprawności technicznej aparatownie RWŁC-10/T/K/KF w tym naprawy niezbędne do zapewnienia niejawnej łączności dla których wymagany jest certyfikat ochrony elektromagnetycznej, PPTS-1,8; MTS-4,6 AGAWA, RWŁC-10T/K/KF, PKK, PKKs, MMSD, MKK-03, RKT na lata 2026-2029.

The subject of the contract is the "Service - repair, diagnostics, maintenance and services for keeping the technical readiness of the RWŁC-10/T/K/KF equipment, including repairs necessary to ensure secure communication for which an electromagnetic protection certificate is required, PPTS-1,8; MTS-4,6 AGAWA, RWŁC-10T/K/KF, PKK, PKKs, MMSD, MKK-03, RKT” for the years 2026-2029, carried out in accordance with the contract documents. 2. The subject Service has been divided into three parts (tasks): 1) Task No. 1: Repairs, servicing, diagnostics and maintenance in the territory of the Republic of Poland of Mobile Digital Communication Nodes (RWŁC-10/T/K/KF) and repairs necessary to ensure secure communication for Equipment for which an electromagnetic protection certificate is required in the years 2026-2029 - quantities according to the needs of the Polish Armed Forces. 2) Task No. 2: Repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and services for keeping the technical readiness of Mobile Command Post Modules (MMSD) in the years 2026-2029 - quantities according to the needs of the Polish Armed Forces. 3) Task No. 3: Repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and services for keeping the technical readiness of Portable-Satellite Terminals PPTS-1,8 FIKUS, Mobile Satellite Terminals MTS-4, 6 AGAWA, Mobile Digital Communication Nodes RWŁC-10T/K/KF, Field Cryptographic Offices (PKK, PKKs), Mobile Cryptographic Offices MKK-03, Mobile Secretariats (RKT) operated in the territory of the Republic of Poland and in PKW in the years 2026-2029 - quantities according to the needs of the Polish Armed Forces. 3. Services that are the subject of the contract in the years 2027, 2028 and 2029 will be performed on the condition that the Contracting Authority receives by the end of December of the respective 2026, 2027 and 2028, confirmation from the Logistics Authority of the allocation of funds for the given budget year. The Contracting Authority, after receiving confirmation of the availability of financial resources, as mentioned above, will immediately notify the Contractor of the need to implement the scope of the Contract provided for in the respective year 2027, 2028 and 2029. 4. Details regarding the subject of the contract and the criteria for evaluating offers will be included in the Specification of Contract Conditions, which, together with the description of the subject of the contract, will be provided to the Contractors invited to submit offers.
