The subject of the competition is the design of a new building for a children's hospice, which will expand the existing Hospice svatého Štěpána with a new service of health care relief in the field of paediatric palliative medicine. The purpose of the competition is to select and reward the most suitable solution for the subject of the competition, which meets the requirements of the contracting authority as set out in these competition terms and conditions and in the competition documents. The purpose of the competition is, through the awarding of prizes, to select participants with whom the contracting authority will negotiate in a negotiation procedure without publication in accordance with § 143(2) and § 65 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the “JŘBU”) to award the subsequent contract, as described in these terms.
