Poland – Traffic-signal maintenance services – Utrzymanie i rozwój urządzeń do odczytu tablic rejestracyjnych na potrzeby Automatycznego Systemu Rozpoznawania Numerów Rejestracyjnych Pojazdów na rzecz izb administracji skarbowej

The subject of the contract is the Service of Maintenance and development of devices for reading vehicle registration plates for the Automatic Number Plate Recognition System for vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the System) for the tax administration offices of the System in accordance with the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex 1 to the Contract. 2. The list of locations where the System is located is contained in point 3.3 of the OPZ. 3. The subject of the contract consists of a guaranteed order and an option right on the terms detailed in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Subject of the Contract and Annex 3 to the SWZ – Draft Contract Provisions: 3.1. The guaranteed order will involve the implementation of the Maintenance Service along with the replacement of the Devices indicated in Annex 1/A to the SWZ. 3.2. The order under the option right will involve: 3.2.1. Option 1: adapting the OCR Checkpoint in Barwinku to the new traffic organization resulting from the construction of the S19 road; 3.2.2. Option 2: implementing the Maintenance Service described in the scope of the guaranteed order in relation to changes resulting from the implementation of option right 1; 3.2.3. Option 3: providing new functionality of the System in the scope of recognizing the countries of vehicle registration plates in accordance with the requirements contained in Section 5 of the OPZ; 3.2.4. Option 4: providing the System Maintenance Service for a further 12-month period in accordance with the requirements contained in the OPZ and also changes resulting from the implementation of option rights 1-3; 3.2.5. Option 5: providing the System Maintenance Service for a further 12-month period in accordance with the requirements contained in the OPZ and also changes resulting from the implementation of option rights 1-3; 3.2.6. Option 6: providing the System Maintenance Service for a further 9-month period in accordance with the requirements contained in the OPZ and also changes resulting from the implementation of option rights 1-3.
