Poland – Non-scheduled passenger transport – Świadczenie usługi nieregularnego przewozu żołnierzy wraz z uzbrojeniem i wyposażeniem do ośrodków szkoleniowych własnym środkiem transportu wraz z kierowcą dla 32WOG Zamość w zakresie 4 (czterech) części.

The subject of the contract is: the provision of irregular transportation services for soldiers, along with their weapons and equipment, to training centers using the contractor's own transport with a driver, for the needs of 32 WOG Zamość and military units and institutions under the logistical supply of 32 WOG Zamość, located in the cities of Zamość, Chełm, Lublin and Hrubieszów. The service may cover the entire area of the Republic of Poland and trips outside its borders - in the scope of 4 (four) parts:  Part I – irregular transportation services for soldiers, along with their weapons and equipment, to training centers using the contractor's own transport with a driver, for the needs of 32 WOG Zamość and military units and institutions under the logistical supply of 32 WOG Zamość in the city of Zamość;  Part II – irregular transportation services for soldiers, along with their weapons and equipment, to training centers using the contractor's own transport with a driver, for the needs of 32 WOG Zamość and military units and institutions under the logistical supply of 32 WOG Zamość in the city of Hrubieszów;  Part III – irregular transportation services for soldiers, along with their weapons and equipment, to training centers using the contractor's own transport with a driver, for the needs of 32 WOG Zamość and military units and institutions under the logistical supply of 32 WOG Zamość in the city of Chełm;  Part IV – irregular transportation services for soldiers, along with their weapons and equipment, to training centers using the contractor's own transport with a driver, for the needs of 32 WOG Zamość and military units and institutions under the logistical supply of 32 WOG Zamość in the city of Lublin. The Contracting Authority's requirements regarding the employment of workers under an employment contract 1) The Contractor or Subcontractor (in the event of contract performance involving subcontractors) is obligated to employ, under an employment contract as defined in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), workers who, during the contract performance period, will carry out tasks related to the transportation of soldiers and RON workers 2) The employment of workers, as mentioned in point 1, should last continuously throughout the entire period of the contract performance. Detailed requirements regarding the employment of workers under an employment contract are included in the contract template, which will be sent along with the SWZ when the invitation to tender is issued.
