For the implementation of the subject of the public procurement, the following activities must be performed for each separate position:

Activity 1: Conducting an assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the main requirements for the constructions. The activity includes: 1.1. preparing a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for the constructions, in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 6, Item 2 of the Spatial Planning Act (ЗУТ); 1.2. conducting an assessment of the compliance of the "Constructive" part of the investment project in the cases provided for in the Spatial Planning Act, including the preparation of the relevant report; 2. Activity 2: Exercising construction supervision during the construction. The activity includes: 2.1. exercising construction supervision within the scope and under the conditions of Article 168 of the Spatial Planning Act; 2.2. participating in the drafting and signing of all acts and protocols during the construction in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework; 2.3. performing the functions of a health and safety coordinator during the construction; 2.4. preparing a final report on the construction; 2.5. preparing a technical passport for the construction; compiling and providing the necessary documentation for the commissioning of the construction.
