Supply and installation of IT equipment and software licenses - in accordance with the specifications of the task book. The contract period is the period between the date of signing the supply contract and the date of the qualitative receipt of the last delivered IT equipment/software products. The total estimated value is 485,948.30 lei excluding VAT, broken down as follows: LOT 1 - SERVER - 200,000.00 lei excluding VAT LOT 2 – IT EQUIPMENT – 18,181.60 lei excluding VAT LOT 3 – SCANNERS – 29,751.60 lei excluding VAT LOT 4 – PRINTERS – 9,917.00 lei excluding VAT LOT 5 – MONITORS – 24,793.00 lei excluding VAT LOT 6 – PERPETUAL LICENCES – 136,363.60 lei excluding VAT LOT 7 – PC PERIPHERALS – 21,487.50 lei excluding VAT LOT 8 – PROFESSIONAL ISU TABLETS – 41,322.00 lei excluding VAT LOT 9 – IT EQUIPMENT STPS – 4,132.00 lei excluding VAT Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, in accordance with the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers/candidates - Section I.3) Communication, specifically the number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidatures: 14 days. Responses to clarification requests regarding the award documentation will be published in SEAP, under the section "List, clarifications, notifications and decisions" within the participation notice.
