Italy – Repair and maintenance services of helicopters – AVVISO ISTANZA DI VARIAZIONE EX ART. 24 COMMA 2°, PRIMO PERIODO, REG. COD. NAV. – FINCANTIERI SPA

Fincantieri spa is the holder of the formal concession n. 26/20, which is attached, covering 100,317 sq m of uncovered surface; 23,228 sq m of covered surface and 141,860 sq m of water surface, for the purpose of carrying out shipbuilding and new building activities at the Palermo plant, as well as mooring the ships under construction in the water surfaces, with an expiry date of 31.12.2057. With application prot. AdSP n. 34811 of 26.06.2026, the aforementioned company requested the variation ex art. 24, comma secondo, primo periodo reg. cod. nav., of the aforementioned concession title, for the purpose of implementing: a new shed named “Sfridi”, temporarily used as DTR; the relocation of the current DTR, previously realised at the block workshop; the creation of a container park dedicated to companies, intended to house warehouses and offices and all the preparatory works necessary to make the area fully usable, including the creation of the yards, the laying of the hydraulic and water treatment network and the arrangement of the internal traffic, essential for the correct flow of vehicles and people within the new area assigned to the plant.
