The subject of the public contract is the supply of electricity and natural gas for the contracting authority, under the conditions set out in the tender documentation. The public contract is divided, in accordance with section 35 of the law, into 2 separate lots: Lot A) public contracts - supply of electricity, Lot B) public contracts - supply of natural gas.
