Romania – Unleaded petrol – Furnizare benzină fără plumb (MOGAS)

Aeroclubul României intends to purchase unleaded petrol (MOGAS) without excise duty, with a minimum octane rating of RON 98, produced and delivered in accordance with the provisions of EN 228:2025, through the conclusion of a framework agreement with a maximum duration of 48 months. The petrol will be used to fuel the aircraft in the fleet of Aeroclubul României, equipped with ROTAX 912 S/UL/ULS engines. Delivery of the petrol will be made on the basis of subsequent contracts concluded, depending on the needs of the beneficiary. Delivery will be made to Aeroclubul Teritorial București, and all transport and handling costs will be fully borne by the supplier. The tenderer is obliged to ensure, with its own pump, the transfer of petrol from the cistern to the beneficiary's tanks. The estimated maximum quantity required for the entire duration of the framework agreement is 260,000 litres of unleaded petrol (MOGAS). Attention: The deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are addressed within the period provided for in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet, namely 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
