1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of medicinal products. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into 25 parts, hereinafter referred to as Packages. The offer may cover the entire contract or selected packages. An offer, for its validity in a given package, must be submitted for all items. The purchaser does not allow offers to be submitted for selected items within the packages. 3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the Price Form (quantitative-assortment specification). 4. The purchaser allows the offer of products in different unit packaging than indicated in the Price Form, provided that the total number of units of the drug is not less than required by the Purchaser. If the total number of units of the drug is not divisible by the size of the new packaging, the Contractor is obliged to round up the number of packages to a full package. The Purchaser will pay for full packages, and the price for the entire order will be recalculated accordingly. 5. We allow the exchange of tablets for capsules and vice versa, while maintaining the route of administration and the site of action. 6. The Contractor is obliged to deliver by e-mail, upon notification of the result of the procedure, before signing the contract, the file Annex No. 1 in OFE format compatible with the pharmacy module in the program possessed by the Purchaser. 7. The main subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 33.60.00.00 pharmaceutical products 8. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of variant offers. 9. The Purchaser does not provide for: 9.1. supplementary orders, 9.2. framework agreement, 9.3. use of electronic auction, 9.4. establishment of a dynamic purchasing system. 9.5. granting advances on the performance of the order 10. The Purchaser provides for the use of the right of option in the case of supplementary orders.
