Poland – Special-purpose motor vehicles – Dostawa dwóch fabrycznie nowych samochodów specjalnych dwufunkcyjnych przeznaczonych do hydrodynamicznego czyszczenia kanalizacji

The contracting authority has divided the contract into two parts: 1) Part 1 of the contract – Delivery of a new factory-built dual-purpose special vehicle with a DMC of 26 000 kg for hydrodynamic sewer cleaning, 2) Part 2 of the contract – Delivery of a new factory-built dual-purpose special vehicle with a DMC of 18 000 kg for hydrodynamic sewer cleaning. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers, as mentioned in Article 7, point 15 of the Pzp Act. The contractor may submit an offer for one of the two parts or for both parts of the contract. The contracting authority will compare and evaluate each part separately. The subject of Part 1 of the contract is the delivery of one three-axle dual-purpose special vehicle for hydrodynamic sewer cleaning, with a maximum permissible gross weight of 26 000 kg, intended for comprehensive sewer cleaning, including delivery to the contracting authority's premises, commissioning and training in operation. The contractor will provide theoretical and practical training in the operation of the vehicle for the contracting authority's staff operating the equipment, conducted at the contracting authority's premises. The delivered vehicle must be new from the factory and meet all the requirements mentioned in Annex A to the SWZ and in the other provisions of the SWZ. The subject of Part 2 of the contract is the delivery of one two-axle dual-purpose special vehicle for hydrodynamic sewer cleaning, with a maximum permissible gross weight of 18 000 kg, intended for comprehensive sewer cleaning, including delivery to the contracting authority's premises, commissioning and training in operation. The contractor will provide theoretical and practical training in the operation of the vehicle for the contracting authority's staff operating the equipment, conducted at the contracting authority's premises. The delivered vehicle must be new from the factory and meet all the requirements mentioned in Annex B to the SWZ and in the other provisions of the SWZ.
