The subject of the contract is the supply of two 4x4 ambulances for evacuating people, which has been divided into 2 parts with the possibility of submitting a bid for each part separately: Part 1 - Type C ambulance with 4x4 drive without medical equipment. Part 2 - Type C ambulance with 4x4 drive with equipment. 2. A detailed description and other information regarding the subject of the contract, requirements for Contractors and ambulances and equipment are described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ (Annex No. 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B). The procedure is conducted in the open tendering procedure in accordance with Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law.
