The subject of the contract is cleaning services in residential and commercial premises, attics and basements. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the draft contractual provisions, which are an integral part of the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contractual provisions. The contracting authority requires that the contractor: • is registered in the Database of Products and Packaging and Waste Management (BDO) as of the date of submission of the offer. The registration number in BDO must be provided in the offer form (Annex 1 to SWZ, point 2). • has civil liability insurance for the conducted activity, with an insurance sum not less than 50 000,00 PLN for the entire duration of the contract. Planned distribution of funds in the contract: − 33% of the total gross remuneration in 2027. − 33% of the total gross remuneration in 2028. − 34% of the total gross remuneration in 2029.
