Bulgaria – Construction-site supervision services – „Изготвяне на комплексен доклад за оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект с основните изисквания към строежите и упражняване на строителен надзор и контрол по изпълнението на строително-монтажни работи на обект „Ремонтно-възстановителни работи на брегоукрепителни съоръжения – плажна зона гр. Варна”.

The subject of this public procurement is „Preparation of a comprehensive report for the assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the main requirements for the construction and exercise of construction supervision and control over the execution of construction and installation works on the object „Repair and restoration works on coastal protection structures – beach zone, Varna City“. The contractor, as a consultant within the meaning of Article 166 of the Public Procurement Act, shall perform the following activities within the scope of the service:

Activity 1. Preparation of a comprehensive report for the assessment of the compliance of the investment project for the object „Repair and restoration works on coastal protection structures – beach zone, Varna City“ with the main requirements for the construction.

Activity 2. Exercise of construction supervision and control over the execution of construction and installation works on the object „Repair and restoration works on coastal protection structures – beach zone, Varna City“.

Activity 3. Exercise of construction supervision during the elimination of defects that appear during the warranty periods of the object „Repair and restoration works on coastal protection structures – beach zone, Varna City“.

The object of the investment project are the existing coastal protection structures in the area of the beach zone, Varna City, as follows:

• Breakwater B101 (First Breakwater) – stone-fill with two wings, concrete pavement, low and high quay, protection from rock blocks and tetrapods (PI 10135.2561.14);

• Breakwater B102 (Second Breakwater) – stone-fill with two wings, concrete pavement, low and high quay, protection from rock blocks and tetrapods (PI 10135.2561.8);

• Breakwater B102B (Third Breakwater) – stone-fill with two wings, concrete pavement, low and high quay, protection from rock blocks and tetrapods (PI 10135.2536.190);

• Breakwater B103 (Fourth Breakwater) – stone-fill body with concrete pavement and protection from rock blocks and tetrapods (PI 10135.2536.190);

• Dam – stone-fill body with concrete pavement and protection from rock blocks (PI 10135.2561.19, 10135.2561.14, 10135.2561.8, 10135.2536.189, 10135.2536.190).

The project envisages the performance of repair works on the structures within the boundaries of the land parcels in which they are constructed, including the removal of rock blocks, delivery and installation of rock blocks and rock protection, partial restoration of concrete pavement, replacement of reinforcement, repair of staircases, quays and others, construction of new reinforced concrete parapets and other restoration and repair works.
