The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for the implementation of the construction, the processing of documentation for the permit for the intention including engineering activities for the purpose of issuing the permit for the intention (hereinafter referred to as "design activities") for the structural and layout modifications of the building at the address Českomoravská 2532/19b, 190 00 Praha 9, which is located as building No. 2532 on the land parcel No. 3343/50 and 3343/91 in the municipality of Libeň and registered in the land registry under LV number 5351 for the cadastral area of Libeň, at the Cadastral Office for the City of Prague, Cadastral Office Prague. The design activities the contractor will perform using Building Information Modelling and information management.
