The subject of this procurement is the 2nd construction phase with the project title "Preparation of the site concentration of Aerzen to Rinteln" - specifically, it concerns the preparation of the site concentration through renovation and restructuring of the north wing at the Rinteln clinic site. The Burghof-Klinik operates as a specialist clinic for psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy facilities for the treatment of mental illnesses at the locations Rinteln, Stadthagen and Aerzen. As part of a site concentration, operations are to be centrally bundled at the main site in the former district hospital Rinteln (Virchowstraße 5/9, 31737 Rinteln) in the future. Following the completion of the 1st construction phase (patient operation since August 2019), the further implementation will take place in two construction phases. The 2nd construction phase being tendered here includes only the north wing of the existing building and forms the preparation for the later complete site concentration in the 3rd construction phase (east, south and west wing as well as kitchen, separate procedure).
