Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Onderhoud aanleg buitengroen en buitenterrein

The tender procedure aims to award a framework agreement with one (1) supplier for the maintenance and establishment of external greenery and external areas. The request, as specified by Hogeschool Rotterdam, can be divided into three categories. 1. Scheduled periodic maintenance based on location-specific maintenance recipes (as requested by Hogeschool Rotterdam) 2. Maintenance on demand 3. Establishment projects. This concerns both the maintenance and establishment of external greenery and external areas. Hogeschool Rotterdam will purchase a total estimated value of a maximum of €2,000,000 (exclusive of VAT) under the Framework Agreement. The total contract value amounts to an average of €235,000 excl. VAT per year, based on historical data. No rights can be derived from this tender. Given political, economic, budgetary, organisational and/or managerial developments and the associated growth and decline of Hogeschool Rotterdam, it is possible that the number of locations and other specifications to which the Framework Agreement relates may expand, shrink or change. These developments may affect the scope of the Framework Agreement. Applicants should take this into account.
