The Contracting Authority hereby procures a Service Desk function for Dansk Retursystem. The Contracting Authority seeks a competent supplier who will provide a complete 1st level Service Desk including user administration, client operation, triage, resolution of standard tasks, support for meeting and AV equipment, operational monitoring, coordination with 2nd/3rd level as well as relevant collaboration with Dansk Retursystems other external suppliers. The Service Desk function must support the Contracting Authority's processes, governance, security requirements and tools, including the use of the Contracting Authority's ITSM platform as the primary working tool.
