Poland – Shelves – „Modernizacja i doposażenie Targowiska Miejskiego – remont istniejących stołów, wykonanie i montaż nowych regałów wystawienniczych”

Subject of the contract: Modernisation and equipping of the municipal market, including the repair of existing tables, manufacture and installation of new display shelves on the municipal market located at ul. Kraszewskiego – plot no. 555, land register 4, Dębica. The contract is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Repair of existing tables

The scope of works related to the repair of existing tables includes, among others:

1) Unbolting the tables from the base

2) Unbolting the HPL panels

3) Sandblasting the table frames to remove paint

4) Attaching to all tables, on the seller's side, hinges with folding arms and a bin construction (111 units)

5) Galvanising the entire table frames along with bin mounting

6) For the version of tables with a fixed panel, after galvanising, the HPL panel should be bolted on and a stainless steel sheet with a hem should be glued on top (61 tables with a fixed panel, including 55 tables with a 2x1m panel and 6 tables with a 1x1m panel)

7) For the version of tables with a folding panel, manufacture an additional folding frame with corner brackets along with a folding support frame, and shorten the table legs (46 tables with a folding panel, including 42 tables with dimensions 2x1m and 4 tables with dimensions 1x1m)

8) Remounting the tables in their designated place on the market

9) All other necessary works and activities, not listed above, if they prove necessary to carry out the subject of the contract

Data relating to the tables:

- number of tables to be dismantled: 111 units

- number of tables with a folding panel: 46

- including 42 tables with dimensions 2000x1000mm and 4 tables with dimensions 1000x1000mm

- number of tables with a fixed panel: 61

- including 6 tables with dimensions 1000x1000mm

- including 55 tables with dimensions 1000x2000mm

Part 2: Manufacture and installation of new display shelves

The scope of works related to the manufacture and installation of display shelves includes, among others:

1) Manufacture of display shelves without a canopy (Type -1 and Type -2) - shelves located on internal market stalls;

a) Shelves with widths of 1000mm and 2000mm; shelf height approximately 2348mm; shelf depth: approximately 771mm;

b) Shelves frames made of welded elements from rectangular and square tubes; each shelf is equipped with 3 shelves set at an angle of 22°, covered with perforated, anti-slip steel sheet, bolted to the frame with appropriately tensioned bolts;

c) Galvanising the shelf structure after welding

d) Mounting to the cobblestone using steel anchors

2) Manufacture of display shelves with a canopy (Type-3, Type-4) - shelves located on external market stalls

a) Shelves with widths of 1000mm and 2000mm; shelf height to the edge of the canopy approximately 2658mm; shelf depth: approximately 771mm;

b) Shelves frames made of welded elements from rectangular and square tubes; each shelf has 3 shelves set at an angle of 22°, covered with perforated, anti-slip steel sheet, bolted to the frame with appropriately tensioned bolts;

c) Canopy at an angle of 22°, covered with 5mm thick solid polycarbonate, mounted using aluminium pressure bars with seals; at the end of the canopy, a ø110mm PVC gutter in grey, with a 0.5% slope is mounted;

d) The back wall of the shelves is covered with system lamellas (rainproof shutters) using PVC spacers;

e) Galvanising the structure after welding

f) The inter-shelf spaces are to be braced with rectangular tube braces (screw connections), the length of the braces to be adjusted to the table spacing

g) Shelves to be mounted to the cobblestone using steel anchors

h) All other necessary works and activities, not listed above, if they prove necessary to carry out the subject of the contract

- height: from 2348mm to 2658mm

- width: 1000mm, 2000mm

- depth: 771mm

Including:

- number of shelves without a canopy with a width of 1000mm: 12 units (type 2)

- number of shelves without a canopy with a width of 2000mm: 58 units (type 1)

- number of shelves with a canopy with a width of 1000mm: 1 unit (type 4)

- number of shelves with a canopy with a width of 2000mm: 26 units (type 3)
