France – Restoration work – Réhabilitation thermique, plomberie, mise en conformité électrique et remise en état des parties communes - Résidence Dalou

The contract concerns the rehabilitation of the Dalou residence, located at 25-31 ter rue Dalou in Vitry-sur-Seine. The services, described in more detail in the CCTP, include, in particular: - Securing and rehabilitating the facades and balconies, including external thermal insulation (ETI), treatment of slab edges, concrete repairs, replacement of parapets and external joinery with screening; - Upgrading ventilation systems; - Rehabilitating interior common areas and replacing entrance hall doors; - Work in private areas, namely: electrical compliance, repair of drainage networks, replacement of sanitary equipment, restoration of wet rooms. The works are carried out on an occupied site.
