The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the task in the "design and build" formula, specifically including: 1) the development of a separate technical project for each location covered by the contract, including obtaining the necessary approvals and submitting building works that do not require a building permit to the competent architectural and building administration authority, if such an obligation arises from the law; 2) the supply of all devices, materials, and components necessary for the execution of photovoltaic installations and energy storage systems; 3) the performance of assembly works, commissioning of the installation, and carrying out all required tests, measurements, and acceptance; 4) the performance of all actions necessary to register the micro-installation with the competent Distribution System Operator (DSO) and to connect and commission it in accordance with the applicable regulations; 5) the conduction of user training in the proper use, operation, and basic maintenance of the completed installations; 6) the provision of maintenance services and the fulfillment of obligations arising from the quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the period specified in the Contract. 2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the Contract, the Contractor will comprehensively: 1) 602 photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of not less than 2 446.4 kWp; 2) 602 electrical energy storage systems, including: - 545 energy storage systems with a minimum usable capacity of 6 kWh, - 57 energy storage systems with a minimum usable capacity of 10 kWh.
